Throughout the course, you will learn practical techniques to cultivate present moment awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance emotional well-being.​

Throughout the course, you will delve into essential topics such as the foundation of mindfulness, cultivating present moment awareness, developing self-compassion, nurturing gratitude, calming the mind, exploring emotions, promoting resilience, and cultivating inner peace.

 

Each week, you will be introduced to specific mindfulness practices, yoga sequences, breathwork techniques, and guided meditations that align with the theme and support your growth and well-being. ​

Venue Accessibility

There are several parking spaces directly outside the hall and plenty of street parking within a 2-3 minute walk.

​

A few steps to enter the venue or a ramp. The venue is all one level and there is a spacious easy access toilet, as well as regular cubicles.

50% refund for canellation more than one week before the start of the course 

No refund for cancellation 7 days or less than the start of the course 

No partial refunds if you do not complete the course
